From there, Sean builds your custom program and nutrition plan. You check in weekly via the coaching app with photos, metrics, and notes — and Sean adjusts based on your progress.

Not at all. Sean coaches everyone from complete beginners to experienced competitors. What matters is your commitment to the process, not where you're starting from. If you're willing to put in the work, Sean will meet you exactly where you are.

Most coaching relationships start with a minimum 3-month commitment — that's the minimum time needed to see real, sustainable results. Longer commitments are available and often recommended for competition prep or major transformations. Month-to-month options are available after the initial term.

Yes. Sean builds nutrition plans around your real life, not an idealized version of it. Flexible dieting principles mean you can eat out, travel, and enjoy social events while still hitting your goals. The plan adapts with you — it's not a rigid meal plan that falls apart the moment life happens.

It depends on your program. Most coaching clients follow gym-based programs requiring standard equipment (barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines). Home-based options are available on request. Standalone workout programs have gym, home, and minimal-equipment versions.

Most clients notice meaningful physical changes within 4–6 weeks. Significant transformations typically take 12–20 weeks depending on the goal. Results depend on your adherence, starting point, and goal — Sean will give you a realistic timeline during your onboarding call.
